If you’re in the EU or using an EU bank, you may need extra steps when starting or updating your subscription. You may be asked to confirm your payment:
- When adding your card during a trial
- on your first payment or when updating your subscription (e.g., adding users)
In such a case, go to Billing → Authenticate Payment.

Authentication can be completed by the Account Owner. We’ll notify your Billing contact and display a message in your OnePageCRM account.
