How to customize call results options
Focus your follow-ups and call reporting by customizing the conversation results to suit your sales process.
Notes:
- Conversation Results can only be customized by the Account owner or an Administrator.
- Left message, No answer, and Other are default conversation results that cannot be edited or removed.
- You can have up to 5 conversation results plus the three default ones.
- You can run filters based on the date of the call and the call result using the Filter Search.
