How to customize call results options

Focus your follow-ups and call reporting by customizing the conversation results to suit your sales process.

Open a contact → click + Call.

Open the Call Result drop-down → click  Manage...

In the Add/Edit conversation results pop-up → click  Add conversation result to create a new result.

  • To delete an existing conversion result, click on the  x icon in grey. 
  • To edit an existing conversation result, click into the text field.
  • Click Save.

    Notes:

    • Conversation Results can only be customized by the Account owner or an Administrator.
    • Left message, No answer, and Other are default conversation results that cannot be edited or removed.
    • You can have up to 5 conversation results plus the three default ones. 
    • You can run filters based on the date of the call and the call result using the Filter Search.
