How to customize call results options
If you use the Add Call functionality a lot you may wish to customize the Add Call's conversation results to suit your sales process.
To customize conversation results follow the steps below:
- Click on Add Call in the contact's profile (see A)
- Open the Result drop-down and click on Manage... (see B)
- In the Add/Edit Conversation results pop up, you can edit existing options (see C) or add new ones by clicking on Add conversation result (see D)
- Conversation Results can only be customized by the Account owner or an Administrator.
