How to search OnePageCRM

Finding what you need in OnePageCRM is quick and easy with the search bar. Pinpoint contacts and activity using different search terms. For example, if you want to find a contact by their phone number or if you're looking for all calls, notes, and deals using a specific phrase then type it into the search bar and you'll find what you're looking for!

Finding an exact match for Contact Search

The contact search functionality will return a result only if you input the start of the search query. For example, if you're looking for Annabelle Smith, you will not find this contact by searching for "belle smith", you will need to search for "ann", "anne smith", etc.

However, if you need to find an exact match using characters in the middle of words/ phone numbers, you can add a star (*) before your search query. If you want to search for Anabelle Smith, you can find this with the search query "belle smith", e.g. *belle smith.

Note: For more extensive searches using multiple fields you can use the Advanced Search.
