Connect your email account

1

Go to your  Email page→ Select Email Settings.

2

Under Configuration, select  Connect.

3

Select your email client provider from the dropdown: Gmail / Google Apps mail or Outlook / Office 365 mail → Next.

4

Select the preferred connection type from the dropdown:  Full (two-way) email sync or  Send and Save manually →   Connect.

Note: The OnePageCRM label will be automatically selected when your email is connected. This allows for emails to be labeled as " OnePageCRM" in your email client helping you recognize which emails have been stored within the CRM.

Disconnect your email account

1

Go to your  Email page→ Select Email Settings.

2

Under Configuration, select Disconnect.

Note: Once you've disconnected, you will have the option to connect again to choose a different mail client or connection type.

Turn off email sync for a contact

Inside of each contact, you have the option to turn off email sync for that contact so emails to or from this contact won't be stored in OnePageCRM.
