Scheduled Emails
Increase the effectiveness of your email communication by scheduling emails. It enables you to send your messages at times when they are most likely to be received and responded to. For example, emails sent after lunch or first thing in the morning have greater open rates.
Plans: Scheduled emails are available on the Business plan.

Create scheduled emails
Notes:
- If you need to make further edits to date and/or time, click on the date flag of the scheduled email to open the Schedule send popup → click the Schedule button when ready.
- Sending time can also be rescheduled in the Email editor. → Click the date, time, or downward arrow (<) to open the Schedule send popup.
- To delete the scheduled date and time, click on the Edit button to open the Email editor. Then click on Cancel schedule.
Where to find scheduled emails
Scheduled emails can be found on the Contact Page or the Email Page.
Contact Page
Open the contact → scroll down to the Actions area. You can find scheduled emails under the Scheduled emails subsection.
Note: Bulk scheduled emails are only accessible on the Email Page.
Email Page
Notes:
- On the Email Page, scheduled emails can also be filtered by team members or other predefined filters.
- Scheduled emails are visible to all Users within your CRM that have access to the Email Page.
- Focused Users will only be able to see scheduled emails for contacts owned by them.
Edit scheduled emails
Any aspect of the scheduled emails can be edited on the Contact Page or the Email Page.
Contact Page
Open the contact → scroll down to the Actions area, Scheduled emails subsection → click on the Date flag to update the date/time of the scheduled email.
Or click on the Edit button to view the Email editor for updating any other elements.
Make any required changes and click the Update button.
Email Page
Go to the Email Page → click on the Scheduled folder in the left-hand side menu → select the email you wish to edit → click on the date, time, or downward arrow (<) in the blue banner to reschedule.
To open the Email editor, click on the Edit button.
Make any edits as needed or add an email template in the email pop-up window. → Click the Update button to save your changes. This will close the Email editor.
Notes:
- Any user that has visibility to the scheduled email can update the send time of the email.
- The content of scheduled emails can only be edited by the owner of the scheduled email.
Delete scheduled emails
Scheduled Emails can be deleted on the Contact Page or the Email Page.
Contact Page
Open the contact → scroll down to the Actions area, Scheduled emails subsection → click on the Edit button → in the Email editor, click on the Bin icon in the bottom right corner.
Email Page
Go to the Email Page → click on the Scheduled folder in the left-hand side menu → select the email you wish to delete → click on the Discard button
To delete scheduled emails individually, hover over the email with your cursor → click on the bin icon.
Note: In case you need to stop the scheduled email from sending but still wish to keep it as a draft, click on Cancel schedule.
To delete scheduled emails in bulk, select the desired emails using the bulk selector or individual emails by selecting the checkbox beside them.
