Scheduled Emails
Increase the effectiveness of your email communication by scheduling emails. It enables you to send your messages at times when they are most likely to be received and responded to. For example, emails sent after lunch or first thing in the morning, have greater open rates.
Plans: Scheduled emails are available on the Business plan.

Create scheduled emails
Notes:
- In case you need to edit the date and/or time, click on the date, time, or downward arrow (<).
- To delete the scheduled date and time, click on Remove.
Where to find scheduled emails
Scheduled emails can be found on the Contact Page or the Email Page.
Contact Page
Open the contact → scroll down, below the Next Action.
Note: Scheduled emails for bulk emails are only accessible on the Email Page.
Email Page
Notes:
- On the Email Page, scheduled emails can also be filtered by team members or other predefined filters.
- Scheduled emails are visible to all Users within your CRM, that have access to the Email Page.
- Focused Users will only be able to see scheduled emails for contacts owned by them.
Edit scheduled emails
Note: To edit the content of scheduled emails, please cancel the schedule first. The email will be saved as a drafted email and can be edited.
Contact Page
Open the contact → scroll down, below the Next Action → click on Show to view the full email → select the date, time, or downward arrow (<) in the blue banner to access the Date picker.
Email Page
Go to the Email Page → click on the Scheduled folder in the left-hand side menu → select the email you wish to edit → click on the date, time, or downward arrow (<) in the blue banner to access the Date picker.
Notes:
- Any user that has visibility to the scheduled email can update the send time of the email.
- The content of scheduled emails can only be edited by the owner of the scheduled email.
Delete scheduled emails
Scheduled Emails can be deleted on the Contact Page or the Email Page.
Contact Page
Open the contact → scroll down, below the Next Action → click on Show to view the full email → Cancel schedule.
Email Page
Alternatively, you can open the email and click on the bin icon within the email.
Note: In case you need to stop the scheduled email from sending but still wish to keep it as a draft, click on Cancel schedule.
