Action Stream

OnePageCRM is an action-focused CRM with the simple yet powerful Action Stream feature.

The Action Stream is your centralized workspace. You can run your entire business and CRM operations from this page. It is a color-coded and dynamic list of contacts, automatically sorted by priorities.

You can use the Action Stream to:

  • track follow-ups,
  • track your sales actions,
  • email and call your CRM contacts,
  • create and update deals,
  • organize leads and contacts,
  • keep your agenda in one place.

The Action Stream works hand in hand with the Next Action methodology, which is inspired by the GTD principles (Getting Things Done by David Allen).

What is the Action Stream?

The Action Stream is the centralized workspace, a one-stop CRM feature.

It is the first thing you see when logging into your CRM.

The Action Stream holds your CRM contacts and tasks (Next Actions assigned to you) by urgency as follows:

  • ASAP (red flag)
  • Overdue Actions (red flag)
  • Today's Actions (orange flag)
  • Future Actions (grey flag)
  • Waiting for Actions (blue flag)

  • Once you complete a Next Action and set a new one, the contact moves down the list.
  • On the due day, the contact rises to the top of the Action Stream, and the flag turns red until the task is completed.

In OnePageCRM, contacts move in a continuous loop, so no touchpoint is ever missed.

Action Stream overview

💡 If a contact has multiple priority actions (Overdue, ASAP, Today), they’ll all appear in your Action Stream.

💡 Filter your Action Stream by using the Focus Mode.

You can view your Teams Actions by selecting their User name from the Team Stream dropdown in the left-hand-side menu.

The Action Stream also gives you a quick overview of your contact. It displays:

  • First and last name of the contact (if available)
  • Organization name (if available)
  • Contact Owner
  • Status Label
  • Amount of pending deals assigned to this contact.
  • Number of contacts in the organization
