Lost Deals & Reasons Lost
With the Reason Lost feature, every time you mark a deal as Lost in your CRM, you can select the reason for it.
You can also include the breakdown of all the reasons for your team’s lost deals in your Custom Report.
This way, you can identify the most common reasons for lost sales and adjust your strategy accordingly.

You can remove a Reason Lost value by clicking on the minus (-) icon.
You can rearrange the values by dragging and dropping them.
Log Reason Lost for a Deal
Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝Once you mark a deal as lost, a pop-up will prompt you to select the Reason Lost → click on the dropdown to select an option → click Save.
