Link multiple contacts to a Deal

Sometimes you have multiple points of contact for each deal.

That's why you can link several CRM contacts to one deal.

Once a deal has been created → click on the 3-dots menu → select Link contacts to deal.

On the Contact Page or Pipeline Page, you can also click on Link contacts.

Start typing in the input field to search for a contact → select a contact from the dropdown → click Link.

Contacts linked to deal are displayed below the Main contact. The most recently linked contacts are displayed at the top of the list.

To see linked contacts on the Contact or Organization View page, click on Show full deal.

Notes:

  • A maximum of 50 contacts can be linked to a deal.
  • If there are multiple contacts linked to a deal, only the 10 most recently linked are displayed by default. To display all of them, click on the Show more link.
  • Contact's linking and unlinking activities are not logged in the Timeline, Activities, or Deal history.
  • Contacts can be linked to a deal once the deal is created. It's not possible to link contacts in the Deal Edit mode.

Unlink a contact from a Deal

If you unlink a contact from a deal by mistake, you can undo that action by clicking on Undo in the yellow message on the same screen.

To unlink contacts from the Contact or Organization View page → click on Show full deal.

Note: If you unlinked a CRM contact from a deal by mistake, you can undo that action by clicking on Undo in the yellow message on the same screen.
