Organization view in mobile CRM (iOS and Android)

The Organization view on our mobile app gives you a quick overview of a company and related details in one place.

It shows key details, such as totals of pending/won deals, associated deals, and contacts.

OnePageCRM's mobile app is available on both Android and iOS.

Access the Organization view

Open any contact within that organization → scroll down and click on the Organization name.

The Organization view shows:

Totals of Pending/Won Deals

Description

Phone number

Website URL

Address

Custom fields

Deals associated with contacts in the organization

Contacts associated with the organization

Contacts linked to the organization

💡 Click on the phone icon to initiate a call.

💡 Click on the text icon to initiate a text message.

💡 Click on the Globe icon to open the website URL.

💡 Click on the map icon to view the address on Google Maps.

On the Organization View → select the pencil icon to edit.

Make updates as required → click on Save.

On the Organization View → scroll down to the Contacts section → click on the plus icon.

Add contact details → click on Save.

On the Organization View → scroll down to the Linked contacts section → click on the plus icon.

Search for contact → select contact from the dropdown.
