Delivery pipeline for light project management


The Delivery Pipeline lets you track won deals in the post-sales cycle in a simple and interactive Kanban view.

Delivery pipelines are available on the Business and Max plans. Upgrade here.

Add deals to the Delivery Pipeline

Add a new Delivery Pipeline

Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝

Go to Pipeline → click on the downward arrow next to the Pipeline name → click on + Add Pipeline.

Pipeline Page | In the top left corner select the downward arrow next to the pipeline name and click +Add pipeline

In the Add pipeline pop-up, select the Delivery Pipeline → click Add to continue.

Enter the name of your Delivery Pipeline and customize its Stages as required → click Save.

Choose whether clicking a deal card should open a deal or a contact.


Configure the Delivery Pipeline

Go to Pipeline → Select Delivery Pipeline → Click the Gear icon.

In the pop-up window, you can customize the Pipeline and Stage names

Click on the:
  • blue plus (+) icon - to add a new deal stage → type the probability percentage in the % column and the stage name.
  • red minus (-) icon - to remove a deal stage.
  • click into an existing deal stage name or percentage to customize it.

  • Once done → click Save.


    Remove the Delivery Pipeline

    Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝

    Go to Pipeline → Click the Gear icon for the Pipeline of your choice.

    In the pop-up window → click Delete Pipeline.

    Select the Pipeline to move deals to. → click Move and delete.

    All existing deals will be moved to the first deal stage of the selected Pipeline.


    View the Delivery Pipeline

    Go to Pipeline →  click on the downward arrow next to the Pipeline name → select Delivery Pipeline.


    Multiple Delivery Pipelines

    Use multiple pipelines to represent different delivery workflows. Most teams only need one, unless their processes vary.

    Add a Delivery pipeline


    Add Deals to the Delivery Pipeline

    A deal can be added to the Delivery Pipeline by creating a new deal from a contact or directly in the pipeline.


    Add a deal from a contact

    Open a contact → click on the + Deal button →  select a Delivery Pipeline from the dropdown.

    Go to Delivery Pipeline → click on Add Won Deal.

    In Add Won Deal window, Delivery Pipeline is already selected. Fill out remaining deal fields and click Save.



    Move a deal to the Delivery Pipeline

    Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝

    Go to Pipeline, find a won deal in the Won column → click ‘Move’ on the deal card and select the Delivery Pipeline.

    Alternatively, you can edit a deal to change the Pipeline they are assigned to.


    Delete Won Deals from a Contact

    Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝

    Open the contact with a deal you wish to delete → find the deal → click the 3-dot menu, and select Delete deal.

    Go to Pipeline → select the deal you wish to delete.

    Click the 3-dots menu → Select Delete Deal.


    Archive Won Deals from a Contact

    Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝

    Open the contact with a deal you wish to archive → find the deal → click Archive deal.

    Go to Pipelineselect a deal card and simply 'drag and drop' it to the top of the page over Archive.

    Alternatively, you can also click on the Archive icon on the Deal card.
