Two-factor authentication (2FA) for your CRM account

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your OnePageCRM account. It requires a verification code from a separate authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator, when logging in.

Enable two-factor authentication

Go to Usersselect your user profile.

Users, Plans and Billing | Users

Click on Enable two-factor authenticationEnable 2FA.

Download an authenticator app and open it → click Next.

💡 Examples of mobile authenticator apps are below:

    • Google Authenticator
    • Duo Two-Factor Authentication
    • 1Password

  • Scan the QR code with your authenticator app,
  • OR
  • Enter the code below the QR code manually.

  • Once added, click Next.

    Step 2: Scan QR code with your mobile device or enter the code (displayed below the QR code) to your authenticator app on your mobile device.

    Under Step 3, enter the code from your authenticator app → click Next.

    Step 3: Enter code from your authenticator app on your mobile device to OnePageCRM.

    Under Step 4, enter your mobile number → click Nextenter the code sent by SMS.

    Step 4: Phone verification l Add your phone number.

    Enter the code sent to you by SMS in OnePageCRM → click Next to complete the set-up.

    Tick Remember for 30 days to skip 2FA for the next 30 days.


    Login page to OnePageCRM l tick the checkbox to remember the login for 30 days. The checkbox is below the password field.



    Disable two-factor authentication

    Go to Usersselect your user profile.

    Select Disable two-factor authentication.

    In the pop-up click on Disable to confirm.

    💡 To use 2fa with a different device, disable it first and then remove the old account from your authenticator app.

    💡 Account Owners and Administrators can disable 2FA for other users.

    💡 2FA cannot be disabled for the Account Owner by another user or Administrator.

    💡 If codes keep failing, check that your phone’s time is set correctly, then try again.



    If You Lose Your 2FA Device

    If you lose your 2FA device, you will not be able to access your account. Follow the recovery steps below.


    Users and Admins

    Ask another Administrator or the Account Owner to disable 2FA for your account so you can log in.

    💡 You can then re-enable 2FA on your account using a new device.


    Account Owners

    Contact Support and explain that you no longer have access to your 2FA device, and confirm your mobile number.

    💡 This SMS code can only be requested if you still have access to the mobile number.

    💡 Allow 48 hours for the verification process via the Support team.



    Request an SMS verification code

    If a member of the Customer Success team has instructed you to log in using the SMS verification code, please follow the steps below.


    💡 Account Owners can request an SMS code if they lose access to their 2FA device.

    💡 This SMS code can only be requested if they still have access to the mobile number.

    Once SMS recovery is enabled, go to the login pageenter your login details → click Log in.

    OnePageCRM log in page l Add your Email address and Password in the provided fields.

    Click on Use SMS as your secondary verification method.

    Enter the code sent to your mobile number → click Log in.

    SMS verification l Enter the code sent to you by SMS in OnePageCRM and click the orange


    💡 The code may take up to 15 minutes to arrive. If you don’t receive it, click Resend.

    Once logged in, disable 2FA → you can then re-enable it on a different device.

    💡 The SMS recovery option is available for 48 hours only.
