Set up two-factor authentication for your OnePageCRM account
In OnePageCRM you have the option to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) using an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator. 2FA gives you an extra layer of security as it requires verification using a second device, such as your mobile phone.

Enable two-factor authentication
Examples of mobile authenticator apps are below:
Under Step 2: Scan QR Code you now have 2 options:
Once the code has been added to the authenticator app click on Next.
You will receive an SMS with a code to verify your mobile number.
Note: If you tick the Remember for 30 days checkbox before logging in with 2FA, you won’t need to log in using 2FA as OnePageCRM will allow access for 30 days.
Disable two-factor authentication
Notes:
- Once you disable 2FA, you have the option to re-enable 2FA using a different device. However, before you re-enable it, make sure to delete the previous OnePageCRM account from your authenticator app.
- Account owners and Administrators can disable other Administrators' and users’ 2FA settings.
- No user or Administrator can disable 2FA for an Account Owner.
- If you keep getting wrong codes, check and correct your phone's time to sync with real-time and try again.
- If you’ve lost your 2FA device, please see here for steps on recovering your account.
What happens if I lose my two-factor authentication device?
If you lose your two-factor authentication (2FA) device, you will not be able to access your account, however, you can take steps to recover it.
- If you’re a User or an Administrator, you can request another Administrator or the Account Owner to disable 2FA for your user, allowing you to log in without 2FA. See here how they can do this.
Note: Once this is done, you will need to enable 2FA for your account again.
- If you’re an Account Owner, you can request authentication through your mobile number, or you can request the Customer Success team to disable 2FA on your account. Please contact our Customer Success team at support@onepagcrm.com for more information.
Note: Please allow 48 hours for the verification process via the Customer Success team to be completed.
Request an SMS verification code
If you lose your two-factor authentication (2FA) device but still have access to your mobile number associated with the authenticator device, please contact our Customer Success team to request the SMS recovery link to be enabled on your account.
If a member of the Customer Success team has instructed you to log in using the SMS verification code, please follow the steps below.
Note: You will receive your verification code within a few minutes, however, in certain locations and depending on your mobile reception this may take up to 15 minutes, so please wait at least 15 minutes for the code to be received. If you don’t receive your code within 15 minutes, please click Resend.
You then have the option to re-enable 2FA using a different mobile device.
Note: The SMS recovery link will be available for 48 hours.
