Request an SMS verification code
If you lose your device phone but still have access to your mobile number associated with the authenticator device, please contact our Customer Success team at firstname.lastname@example.org to request the SMS recovery link to be enabled on your account.
If a member of the Customer Success team has instructed you to log in using the SMS verification code, please follow the steps below.
Once the SMS recovery link has been enabled by a member of our Customer Success team, please go to the login page → input your email address, and password → Log in.
Click on the Use SMS as your secondary verification method link
A code will be sent to your mobile number. Enter this code → Log in.
Note: You will receive your verification code within a few minutes, however, in certain locations and depending on your mobile reception this may take up to 15 minutes, so please wait at least 15 minutes for the code to be received. If you don’t receive your code within 15 minutes, please click Resend.
- The SMS recovery link will be available for 48 hours.
- Once you've disabled 2FA, you have the option to re-enable 2FA using a different device. See here. However, before you re-enable 2FA, make sure to delete the previous OnePageCRM account from your authenticator app.
