What happens if I lose my two-factor authentication device?
If you lose your two-factor authentication (2FA) device, you will not be able to access your account, however, you can take steps to recover it.
- If you’re a User or an Administrator, you can request another Administrator or the Account Owner to disable 2FA for your user, allowing you to log in without 2FA. See here how they can do this.
Note: Once this is done, you will need to reset 2FA for your account.
- If you’re an Account Owner, you can request authentication through your mobile number, or you can request the Customer Success team to disable 2FA on your account. Please contact our Customer Success team at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
- Please allow 48 hours for the verification process via the Customer Success team to be completed.
