Dashboard

The Dashboard gives you a summary of all your sales team's activities in your account to help you keep track of your sales, your team, and KPIs. This data is represented through different charts and graphs. You have the option to segment the Dashboard by different team members, filters, and dates.

Access and filter the Dashboard

Click on More → select the Dashboard.

Use the options at the top of the page to filter by:
  • Team members
  • Tags or predefined filter
  • Time frame or select Quick dates from the date picker dropdown.
  • Note: If you have User Groups, you can select them in the All team members dropdown.

    What data is shown in the Dashboard

    Your Dashboard will show you stats related to the activity completed on your account. You can click on the printer icon to print the stats if you wish. 

    The following is a list of the stats shown in the Dashboard:

    • Contacts: Total number of contacts owned by users in the account.
    • Actions: Total number of Actions created in the account
    • Notes: Total number of Notes created in the account
    • Deals: Total number of Deals created in the account


    • New deals: Total number of new deals created for the selected time frame.
    • Won deals: Total number of won deals along with monetary amount won for the selected time frame.
    • Pending deals: Total number of pending deals along with monetary amount lost for the selected time frame.


    • Deal Reason Lost: This pie chart represents the percentage of Deals lost under each Reason Lost. 

      Note: If you hover over each slice you'll see the individual percentage for each Reason Lost.

    • Won Deals vs Target: This semi-circle donut chart represents the number of won deals against the targets in your Pipeline.

      Note: If you're a user this chart will only show your stats. Account Owners and Administrators will see stats for all users unless the Team member filter is enabled.

    • Deals by User: This bar chart represents Pending, Won, and Lost deals against each user.

      If you have more than one Pipeline, you can select and view each Pipeline's stats. Click on All Pipelines → select preferred Pipeline. 

      Note: If you hover over each bar you'll see the amounts represented for each Deal type (Won, Pending and Lost).

    • Sales Activity by User: This bar chart represents the number of completed actions, sent emails, and calls logged against each user. 

      Note: If you hover over each bar you'll see the individual number of actions, sent emails, and calls made for each user.

    • Average Deal Velocity by User: This bar chart represents the average deal velocity per Deal stage for each user. 

      If you have more than one Pipeline, you can select the Pipeline you want to view. Click on the name of the Pipeline → select preferred Pipeline. 

      Note: If you hover over each bar you'll see the exact average number of days per Deal Stage.

    • Won Deals vs Target by User: This bar chart represents the percentage of Deals won against each user's target.

      If you have more than one Pipeline, you can select and view each Pipeline's stats. Click on  All Pipelines → select preferred Pipeline. 

      Note:

      - If you hover over each bar you'll see the exact percentage of won deals against' each user's target.

      - If you're a user this chart will only show your stats. Account Owners and Administrators will see stats for all users unless the Team member filter is enabled.

    Note: All users have access to the Dashboard. However, only Account owners and administrators can view all user stats for Won Deals vs. Target and Won Deals vs Target by User chartsUsers can only see their own stats for these charts.
