Delivery Pipeline: A light project management tool for Won Deals
The Delivery Pipeline is a light project management tool for won sales deals.
Once you mark a deal as won in a Sales Pipeline, you can move it to a Delivery Pipeline.
It lets you track won deals in the post-sales cycle in a simple and interactive Kanban view.
Plans: Only available on the Business plan.
Create/Configure a Delivery Pipeline
Create a new Delivery Pipeline
Notes:
- You can rename Pipelines by clicking on the gear icon → update/edit the name → click Save.
- By toggling the slider below the deal stages to green, you can open the associated Contact when clicking on a deal card.
Configure an existing Delivery Pipeline

Once you have completed the update → click Save.
Remove a Delivery Pipeline
Note: Any existing deals will be moved to the first deal stage of the selected Pipeline.
View Delivery Pipelines
To view your Delivery Pipelines, navigate to your Pipeline Page → click on the downward arrow next to the Pipeline name at the top of the page → select the appropriate Pipeline name.
Multiple Delivery Pipelines
For many delivery processes, the stages are similar across projects, so a single Delivery Pipeline is often sufficient. However, if you offer different products or services, and each follows a distinct post-sale process, multiple pipelines with tailored stages may be needed.
These pipelines are meant to support different processes, not manage things like currency differences.

You also have the option to choose between the following 2 options when clicking on a deal card:
- Open the Won Deal View
- Open the associated Contact
Add/Move Deals to the Delivery Pipeline
A deal can be added to the Delivery Pipeline by creating a new deal from either the Contact page or on the Delivery Pipeline page directly.
Add new a Deal
Add a deal from the Contact Page
Open contact → click on the + Deal button → select a Delivery Pipeline from the dropdown at the top.

Note: New deals can also be added directly on the Delivery Pipeline page by clicking on the blue Add Won Deal button.
Move an existing deal to the Delivery Pipeline
To move a deal from the Won Column of a Sales Pipeline → click on Move in the deal card → select a Pipeline under Delivery Pipeline.
Alternatively, you can edit a deal to change the Pipeline they are assigned to.
Delete Deals from the Delivery Pipeline
Delete a deal from the Contact Page
Open the contact assigned to the deal → locate the deal you wish to delete → select the 3-dots menu and select Delete Deal from the dropdown.

Archive Deals from the Delivery Pipeline
Delete a deal from the Contact Page
Open the contact assigned to the deal → locate the deal you wish to delete → select the 3-dots menu and select Delete Deal from the dropdown.
Archive a Deal from the Delivery Pipeline Page
Open the Pipeline Page → select a deal card and simply 'drag and drop' it to the top of the page over Archive.
Alternatively, you can also click on the Archive icon on the Deal card itself.
