Targets Widget

The motivational Targets Widget is a great feature for helping you stay focused on your targets.

Each user can configure their own motivational target widget to stay on track for their individual goals.

You can select between:

  • Conversions of Status labels
  • Calls - Number of Call notes created
  • Meetings - Number of Meeting notes created
  • Revenue - by month, quarter or year

On the Settings page under the Action Stream Preferences, scroll down to Motivational Targets Widget → toggle the slider to enable or disable the feature.

Notes:

  • Visit the Pipeline page to set revenue targets.
  • Revenue value is taken as your Expected total (i.e. Won + Weighted Pending)


Configure the Motivational Targets Widget

Once the target has been enabled, navigate to your Action Stream page.

Hover your mouse over the widget at the bottom left side of the page and click on the gear icon.

In the Configure targets widget pop-up window you can set targets for:
  • Conversions - From one Status label to another
  • Select the Conversations tab at the top → enter the number you wish to convert and the frequency from the drop-down → select the status change you require to count as a conversion.
    E.g. from Lead to Prospect
    To make conversions your primary target, select the check-box Set conversions as default.

    Click Save.

    Notes:

    • Conversions are defined by changing from one Status to another - you can set these requirements as you please.
    • See here how to add/edit Status labels.

  • Calls - Number of Call notes created
  • Select the Calls tab at the top → enter the number of calls and the frequency from the drop-down.
    To make calls your primary target, select the check-box Set calls as default.

    Click Save.

    Notes:

    • Calls are defined by Call notes created for a contact in the CRM. See here for all the details about Call notes.
    • They can be based on the number of calls per dayweekmonthquarter, or year.

  • Meetings - Number of Meeting notes created
  • Select the Meetings tab at the top → enter the number of meetings and the frequency from the drop-down.
    To make meetings your primary target, select the check-box Set meetings as default.

    Click Save.

    Notes:

    • Meetings are defined by Meeting notes created for a contact in the CRM. See here for all the details about types of CRM notes.
    • The goals in your Targets Widget can be based on the number of meetings per dayweekmonthquarter, or year.

  • Revenue - by month, quarter or year
  • Select the Revenue tab at the top → select the frequency from the drop-down.
    To make Revenue your primary target, select the check-box Set Revenue as default.

    Click Save.

    Notes:

    To minimize the Targets Widget, hover your mouse over it and click on the minimize icon to the right of the gear icon.
