How to add/rename/delete Tags

Tags are a quick and easy way to segment or group your contacts. Once a tag is assigned to a contact you can easily search and filter your contacts by this tag for a fast and efficient way to work with a selected group of contacts.

Add Tag

Hover with the cursor over Tags in the left-hand side menu to display the 3 dots button.

Click on the 3 dots button and select → Add Tag... from the list.

In the Add Tag pop-up window, type a new Tag name.

Click Save to create the Tag.

Rename Tag

Hover with the cursor over the tag you wish to rename to display the 3 dots button.

Click on the 3 dots button to the right of the tag you wish to rename and select Edit tag...

In the Rename tag pop-up window, update the existing Tag name.

Click Save to submit changes.

Delete Tag

Hover with the cursor over the tag you wish to delete to display the 3 dots button.

Click on the 3 dots button to the right of the tag you wish to rename and select Delete tag...

Choose to Delete this tag from: my contacts or all contacts.

Click OK to confirm your deletion.

Note: Deleting tags does not delete the contacts associated with this tag.

Search tag from Tags list

Click on the Tags menu in the left-hand side menu to expand it.

Type the name of the tag you're searching for in the search box.

The tag you're searching for will be shown ready for you to use it.

NOTE

Tags over 200 stop being displayed in the Tags filter (left-hand-side) and cannot be selected when filtering or bulk updating.
