How to send text messages from OnePageCRM

It's not possible to send or log text messages from the OnePageCRM web app version. However, if you're using the OnePageCRM iOS or Android Mobile app you have the option to send individual text messages using your preferred messaging app. Please note that any text messages you send through the Mobile App will not be logged in OnePageCRM.

Set your preferred default messaging app. Go to More.

Default applications →  SMS → select your preferred messaging app.

Open a contact with a phone number  click on the SMS icon  your default messaging app will open.

Send text messages from the OnePageCRM Android Mobile app

Set your default messaging app. To do this open your phone settings and find your defaults Apps to make the required changes.

Open a contact with a phone number → click on the SMS icon → your default messaging app will open automatically ready for you to type the text.
NOTES
  • Any text message sent from the OnePageCRM Mobile App will not be logged in the CRM. We'd recommend adding a Note or a Call Note for the contact you've messaged to log this activity.
