Export deals

Exporting your Deals gives you greater visibility for in-depth analysis, so in OnePageCRM, you can export your Pending and Closed Deals in a CSV or Excel file.

Go to Import and Export → click on Deals Export to file under Export.

Under Export deals to CSV / excel file select your export options from the dropdowns:

💡 Choose between Pending Deals or Closed Deals (Won or Lost).

💡 To export Delivery pipeline Deals, select Closed Deals (Won or Lost).

💡 If only one Pipeline is available, it’s selected by default.

💡 The data can be exported as a CSV or Excel file.

Click Export → the data is downloaded to your computer as:

  • onepagecrm_deals.csv
  • onepagecrm_deals.xls

    • The export will include:

    • Deal ID
    • Contact name
    • Organization
    • Deal name
    • Deal owner
    • Created by
    • Amount
    • Multi-month deal?
    • No. of months
    • Commission %
    • Commission amount
    • Cost
    • Margin
    • Deal created
    • Close date
    • Pipeline name
    • Deal stage
    • Reason Lost (if enabled)
    • Stage name
    • Tags assigned to contact
    • Notes related
    • Contact Email Addresses
    • Deal Custom fields

    Go to Pipeline → scroll down to Deal List.

    Select your export options from the dropdown and Gear icon.

    💡 Use the dropdown to choose which Deals to display: Pending, Closed, All Deals, etc.

    💡 Only displayed Deals will be exported.

    Click the downward arrow → choose a format → the data is downloaded as:

  • onepagecrm_deals.csv
  • onepagecrm_deals.xls

    • Pipeline | Deal list | Download


    When to export deals?

    Export your deals when you need to analyse or work with your deal data outside OnePageCRM.

    • Share deal information with colleagues or external teams.
    • Back up or archive your deal data.
    • Work with deal data in Excel or another spreadsheet tool.
