Outlook integrations

OnePageCRM connects with Outlook in various ways to integrate with Outlook contacts, Outlook / Office 365 Mail, and Outlook Calendar.

• Connect an Outlook365 email account to the Email Sync feature to send/receive emails and create new contacts.
• Create new contacts from Outlook 365 by using our Lead Clipper Extension.
• Each user in OnePageCRM has their own unique Email Capture Address to forward emails for contacts that don't already exist in the CRM. 
• Track email opens to strike while the iron is still hot (available on Business or Max plans).
• Know where you left off with your prospect or customer by retrieving your email history (available on Business or Max plans).

There are two ways you can connect with Outlook365 Calendar:

• You can manually push Next Actions individually.

  Or...

• Use the Calendar feed to push Next Actions automatically.

• Export contacts from Outlook and import them to OnePageCRM in bulk.
