Archive Deals

To keep your CRM pipeline tidy, you'll need to archive old deals at some point.

OnePageCRM gives you a simple way to do this.

Archive from Sales Pipeline

A Deal can be archived once it reaches the Won column in the Sales Pipeline.

Click Move → Archive.

A Deal in the Delivery Pipeline can be archived at any stage.

Click on the Archive icon in the deal card.

Go to the Pipeline → click on the Gear icon.

Under Configuration → select a default option to archive deals → click Save.

After (X amount) of days

End of each month

Off (archive manually, up to 500 deals)

💡 This default applies to all Sales Pipelines.

💡 If the Won column exceeds 500 deals, the oldest are archived automatically.

💡 Archiving a deal will not delete it from your account.

💡 Archived deals can be viewed in the Deal list and on the Contact Timeline.
