How to create a free trial / Sign up for OnePageCRM

What happens when your trial expires?

After your 21-day trial expires, your account will be automatically downgraded to a limited-access account. This means that it will only be accessible by the Account OwnerWhen the Account Owner logs into the limited-access account they will be allowed to:

  • Only the Account owner has access to the account, once the trial expires. All the other users on the account will not be able to access the account.

How to create a password if you signed up using your Google account.

If you created an account with OnePageCRM using your Google Login, and you wish to use the OnePageCRM Lead Clipper Extension or cancel your account, you must create a password in OnePageCRM first.

Click on your User/Profile icon (top right-hand corner) → Users, Plans and BillingUsers tab.

Click on your profile → In the Edit my details pop-up select Change Password.

Note: Passwords must be at least 6 digits long.

How long does OnePageCRM store my data for?

Expired Trial Accounts

OnePageCRM reserves the right to terminate any accounts that have not upgraded to a paid plan. If you have trialed OnePageCRM and have not subscribed to a paid plan, your account, and associated data will be deleted 1 year after your trial expires.

If you'd like a copy of your data prior to this deletion, you can export your contacts and deals.

Downgraded Subscription Accounts

If you have voluntarily downgraded your OnePageCRM account or if your account has been downgraded due to card details not being updated correctly, your account and associated data will be automatically deleted 12 months after the downgrade date.

During these 12 months and before your account is deleted, the Account owner will have limited access to the account. If you'd like a copy of your data before the deletion, you must log in as the Account owner and export your contacts and deals

Please note that after the account is deleted, OnePageCRM can instruct a database restore for the account within 14 days after the automatic deletion process (upon the request of the Account owner). However, after 14 days have lapsed, your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
