How to create a Meeting Note

Sometimes the best way to Get Things Done is to meet in person. OnePageCRM allows you to keep track of all your meetings by adding a Meeting note to your contacts.

Open a contact → click + Meeting → add Meeting place (optional) → add text in the note area and add attachments if required → Save.

Your Meeting note will be recorded under the contact Activity timelineNotes.

Notes:
  • If you add a Meeting note for a contact that is not owned by you, the contact owner will receive a notification. You can turn off auto-notifications in your Preferences. See here.
  • You can review the meeting activity on the Activity Reporting page to see how many meetings were made. See here.
  • The maximum size of a file that can be uploaded is 10 MB.
