How to use Catalog in OnePageCRM
The Catalog features a list of your services and products along with their descriptions and prices.
You can quickly use them in your deals, invoices, and sales quotes to streamline your process and save time.
- Only the Account Owner or Administrators can add/edit Deal items to the Catalog.
- Users can add Deal Items to deals. To manage Deal Items, they need permissions.

What are Items and Bundles
- Items are the individual products or services you sell.
- Bundles are groups of Items that can be added together.

Create an Item

💡 The Description, Price, and Quantity can be edited after adding an Item to a Deal. These changes apply only to that Deal.

💡 Colons (:) in Item names are converted to dashes (-) when sent to QuickBooks via the integration.
Edit/Clone/Delete an Item

Create a Bundle
Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝A bundle is a group of Items that can be inserted into a deal with one click.



💡 Hover over an Item to edit or remove it. Changes to an Item apply everywhere it is used.

💡 An Item can be added to multiple Bundles, allowing you to create tailored services.
Insert an Item or a Bundle into a Deal

💡 In the pop you can also create a new Item.
💡 Use the Search bar to find an Item or Bundle.
Filter Deal Items
