Deal List

In OnePageCRM, the Deal List includes all deals created/imported to your CRM account, or archived deals. You can use it to:

If you are using Multiple Pipelines, the Deal List is specific to the selected Pipeline.

Select Headers for the Deal List

Go to Pipeline → scroll down to the Deal List.

Click on the gear icon → check or uncheck the headers you want → click Apply

💡 Click the header to sort the Deal List in ascending or descending order.

💡 Select up to 9 headers to display in the list, including Deal Custom Fields.

💡 The headers selected can also be viewed on the Forecast View.

💡 Rearrange the headers by dragging and dropping them within the select dropdown menu.

Select from the following columns:

Go to Pipeline → scroll down to the Deal List.

Filter the Deal list using the dropdowns at the top of the page.

Additionally, use the dropdown above the Deal list to filter by Deal status.

💡 Click the header to sort the Deal List in ascending or descending order.

💡 All filters will reset when reloading the page.

Go to Pipeline → scroll down to the Deal List.

Select filters as needed → click the downward arrow → choose CSV or Excel.

💡 The download only includes the displayed Deals with all their details.
