Promote Queued Action to Next Action

When you've completed a Next Action and you or your team member(s) have Queued Actions lined up for a contact, you can promote one of these Queued Actions to Next Action by following the guidelines below:

  1. Select the contact from the Action Stream or Contacts list.
  2. Mark complete the existing Next Action in the blue area (see A).
  3. Mouse hover over Queued Action you wish to promote and click the Next button to its right (see B).
  4. Once the Queued Action text moved up to the Next Action blue area, you have the option to:
    • Edit Next Action text
    • Assign a specific date
    • Assign to a team member
  5. Click Save to save this as Next Action.
