How to assign an action to another team member

Part of collaborating with your team is working together on contacts. OnePageCRM gives you the ability to assign actions from one user to another. Once an action is assigned to a user, that user will get an email notification to be 100% sure they don't miss out on it!

Hover over the Next Action → click on the pencil icon.

Go to the Assigned to drop-down → select new user and Save
Note: If this user already has a Next Action assigned, it will be created for them as a Queued Action. 

How to re-assign a Queued Action to another user

Hover over the Queued Action you want to reassign → click on the pencil icon.

In the Assign to drop-down select the user → Save.

Notes:
  • Once you reassign any action to a new user, they will receive an email notification of this update. 
  • You also have the option to reassign contacts along with their actions in bulk. See here.
