Multiple Pipelines

For many sales processes, the Deal Stages are similar and so these stages are set up on one Pipeline. However, if you sell multiple products or services and the sales processes are different, then you may require multiple pipelines with  different Deal Stages. Multiple Pipelines are not designed for markets that require different currencies. 

Plans: 

  • Users on the SMB Plan can add up 2 pipelines
  • Users on the SMB Plus Plan can add up to 10 pipelines 
  • Users on the Enterprise Plan can add up to 10 pipelines

Setup Multiple Pipelines

Go to PipelineConfigure.

Click on Add Pipeline and add/edit the Deal Stages as required.

Type the name of your Pipeline → click Save.

View your Pipelines

Select the Pipeline from the drop-down to view the Pipeline required.

Assign a Deal to a specific Pipeline

Create/open Deal → select the Pipeline to which you want to assign the Deal → Save.

Edit a Pipeline

Go to PipelineConfigure.

To edit the Pipeline name click on the pencil icon.

Make any changes and update the Deal Stages as required → hit  Save.

Delete a Pipeline

Go to PipelineConfigure.

To delete the Pipeline, select the minus (-) icon.

You will then be requested to select the new Pipeline to which you want to move the associated deals to.
Note: Any existing deals will be moved to the closest estimated deal stages.

Click Yes, delete it.

Filter Deal Status for Multiple Pipelines

Go to Filters → Add filter.

In the Filter pop up you can search for deals under a specific  Status (Won/Lost/Pending) for  all Pipelines or for a  selected Pipeline
NOTES
  • You cannot select multiple currencies for different Pipelines. Your Account owner/ Admin can select the default currency under Localization settings.
