Set up automated workflows with Autoflow

Autoflow helps automate repetitive tasks in your sales process. For example, you can automatically send an email when a new contact is created.

Set it up in three steps:

  • Choose a trigger – For example, when a new contact is created.
  • Set an operation – For example, send an email requesting a call.
  • Activate Autoflow – When the trigger occurs, a pop-up asks you to confirm the operation.

You can create multiple triggers and operations. Autoflow always requires your confirmation and won’t run during bulk updates.

Max: unlimited Autoflows

Business: up to 30 Autoflows

Legacy and Professional: up to 15 Autoflows
