Why has my pricing plan changed?
Our pricing plans were updated on September 9th, 2021 so if you created your account prior to this date, you will see some changes in your Billing page.
There are no changes in functionalities, and you will still have access to the same features according to your plan. We have simply changed the names of the plans and discounts offered for annual subscriptions. You can now get 4 months free by signing up for annual billing!
If you initially signed up to our SMB or SMB plus plan in the annual subscription, the pricing changes will be applied to your account on your next billing date. That means you will see a different plan name under your account and a bigger discount in your next payment due. See the table below for more information on this update:
Please note: if you add seats, upgrade or downgrade your subscription before your billing date, you will be charged pro-rata according to the original prices, before the update.
